Terra Mia fresh pasta is obtained kneading simple and genuine ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water and fresh eggs. The fillings are prepared with the best-selected product from the National Park of Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni. The result is a naturally good product, with flavor and texture that are typical of the handmade fresh pasta.
The artisanal production follows ancient recipes of the tradition of Cilento and the technology is at the service of the artisan, supporting him in a production where many phases are still handmade.
The packaging in a protective atmosphere allows the exclusion of any form of contamination, guarantee of a perfect form of conservation of the pasta up to 5 months.
